Carmen Ortuño is a dedicated and passionate licensed aesthetician committed to helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care and advanced aesthetic treatments. With a strong focus on skin health, she specializes in customized facials, acne treatments, microneedling, and rejuvenation therapies designed to improve texture, clarity, and overall skin confidence.

Carmen believes that beautiful skin begins with education, consistency, and a tailored treatment plan. Dr. Arlen Suarez, MD

Dr. Arlen Suarez is a dedicated physician with a strong academic foundation and a passion for women’s health, wellness, and evidence-based care. She graduated as Valedictorian of her high school class in 2017, reflecting her long-standing commitment to excellence and leadership.

Dr. Suarez went on to attend Rice University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, further developing her analytical skills and broad academic perspective. She then matriculated at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where she completed her medical education and graduated as a Doctor of Medicine in 2023.

She is currently completing her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UTMB, where she is gaining advanced clinical experience in women’s health, preventive care, and complex medical management. Her training emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care supported by the latest medical evidence.

In addition to her clinical career, Dr. Suarez is the cofounder of Dr. NAR Beauty and Dr. NAR Beauty Aesthetic Clinic, where she contributes her medical insight and vision to the development of science-driven, ethical, and inclusive beauty and wellness solutions. Her involvement reflects a commitment to bridging medicine, aesthetics, and preventive health.

Dr. Nixcela Ares, MD

Board-Certified Family Physician Founder – Dr. NAR Beauty & Dr. NAR Beauty Aesthetic Clinic

Dr. Nixcela Ares graduated from Havana University in 1990, earning her degree as a Medical Doctor and completing specialty training in Urology. After relocating to the United States, Dr. Ares successfully completed the required USMLE steps and became ECFMG certified, allowing her to continue her medical career in the U.S.

She later completed her residency training at Louisiana University, where she graduated as a Family Physician, and she is board certified in this specialty. With decades of medical experience, Dr. Ares brings a strong foundation in clinical medicine, patient safety, and evidence-based care to every aspect of her practice.

Driven by a deep passion for skin health, wellness, and preventative care, Dr. Ares founded Dr. NAR Beauty in 2021—a vegan skin and hair care brand created to support healthy, effective, and ethical beauty solutions. Building on this vision, she opened Dr. NAR Beauty Aesthetic Clinic in 2025, where she combines medical expertise with advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments.

Dr. Ares is dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, natural results through personalized care, education, and modern aesthetic technologies. Her approach emphasizes skin integrity, long-term results, and patient confidence, ensuring every treatment plan is tailored to individual needs and goals.
